california

i made it into san diego safely. no delays, no unnecessary circling of the runway. i drove to long beach - staying here for the night. i'm completely pooped. my body's working two hours ahead of california time, and the cheesey crackers that southwest gave me didn't do much to energize me. so i may venture back out to see tonight's sunset... i might just crash for the night.

traveling alone is going to take some getting used to. i need to be better at decision making (i circled this one area three times before just going through the mickey d's drive-thru because i didn't really care). and i'm a little lonely. but this is new for me... i'll get the hang of it. :)

the photos are from the san luis rey mission. the only place i stopped today between the airport & the hotel. although i did drive around coronado for a bit, but that was mostly just because i couldn't get over to go north on I5, so i went south for awhile instead. :)
